Holiday Park is located just outside the campsite, with direct access to the beach and port of Navarrosse.

RATES :

– Flat-rate annual fee for premium pitches: €5,300 (€1,185 per quarter)
– Flat-rate annual fee for standard pitches: €4,740 (€1,185 per quarter)

Deposit: €1,500 (cashed on signing)

Network connection and maintenance fees, and administration costs: €2,000 incl. VAT (cashed on signature)

SUB-LETTING PROHIBITED

Package includes :

– Possibility of registering 6 beneficiaries (including the holder) for access to the campsite’s facilities and activities
– Rental of the “grand confort” plot (minimum 200 m2)
– Connection to mains drainage
– Automatic gate and controlled pedestrian access (Digicode)
– Water : invoiced in addition at SAUR price according to half-yearly statement
– Electricity: invoiced in addition at EDF price according to half-yearly statement
– Watering: 30 m3 (additional m3 will be invoiced at SAUR cost)

PLEASE NOTE:

– Any resale of mobile homes 15 years old or more is forbidden on the campsite (year of manufacture of the MH)
– Life span limited to 18 years for mobile homes on the campsite.
– Specifications will be provided for models of ancillary equipment.
