On site, you can take part in the Fitness & Stretching classes offered during the season. These classes combine physical activity with a shared moment, with exercises that naturally combine cardio and intensity. The aim is to offer you a session that’s fun, rhythmic and accessible, in a setting where energy blends with a real sense of conviviality.

In a second phase, the stretching section takes a gentler approach, focusing on stretching and relaxation. This contrast between effort and relaxation makes for a particularly enjoyable session. You can work out and then release tension in the same session, which is a very elegant way of making peace with your muscles.

Yoga classes invite you to take a physical break, calm down and reconnect with your body. Led by a professional in the discipline, they offer a more relaxed moment in the week’s sports schedule. This activity allows you to vary your sensations and take the time to refocus, in an atmosphere conducive to relaxation.

On site, mats and a relaxing atmosphere await you twice a week for this time just for you. Yoga is a natural part of your stay, as a gentler way of moving and breathing. A welcome break for those who like their vacations to do their bodies some good, without necessarily requiring them to sprint in every direction.

Beach volleyball: team spirit and challenge

Beach volleyball is another of the activities to be enjoyed during your stay. As the campsite reminds us, beach volleyball isn’t just for the beach. The beach volleyball court in the playground lets you form teams and enjoy a lively, relaxed group game.

For those who like a challenge, tournaments are organized every Friday afternoon in July and August by the Bisca Beach Club in Biscarrosse. The morning slot is dedicated to children. It’s a great way to challenge yourself, share a collective moment and, yes, work up a good sweat. It’s often the kind of activity that starts quietly and ends with a team convinced they’ve earned an imaginary trophy at the end of the game.

An air-conditioned fitness room to keep you in shape

In addition to supervised activities, you can take advantage of an air-conditioned fitness room.
