Terms and conditions of the mobile home pitch rental contract

Mobile home pitch rentals are for leisure use only, i.e. the tenant cannot take up residence there.

Below are the rates for 2026:

– Flat-rate fee for a standard pitch: €3,912 (€978 per quarter)
– Flat-rate annual fee for a premium pitch: €4,740 (€1,185 per quarter)

Network connection and maintenance fees and administration costs amount to €2,000 when the contract is signed.

Deposits are €500 (cashed) and €20 in cash (barrier badge).

Package includes :

– Possibility of registering 6 beneficiaries (including the owner)
– Rental of the plot
– Connection to mains drainage
– Access to campsite facilities and activities in high season
– Water: 20 m3 (additional m3 will be invoiced at cost)
– Electricity: 400 kW at 10 amps (surplus invoiced per 100 kWh at a rate of 45 €)

The campsite is open from Monday March 2, 2026 to Sunday November 22, 2026 inclusive.

PLEASE NOTE:

– It is forbidden to resell mobile homes 15 years old or older on the campsite (year of manufacture of the MH)
– It is forbidden to sublet mobile homes 15 years old or older
– The life span of mobile homes on the campsite is limited to 18 years.
– Specifications will be provided for models of ancillary equipment.
